Shipping policy

Awesome Inc will not be held liable for any items lost in the mail. Please contact us if you think your item is lost and we will do our best to help you track it down.

**Please check on the product listing if your item is on pre-order/back-order.
**Items on pre-order/back-order will have delayed delivery times, according to the individual product description.

Awesome Inc maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

It is only possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded.

We are a small business who use a third party logistics company to handle our orders so it is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes removing an item, adding an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.

Delivery NZ & AUS

While we do everything we can to ensure a quick delivery it is out of our hands once it enters the courier system. Delivery times vary depending on where in the world you are and are not guaranteed.

New Zealand: 
Orders are couriered and tracked via NZ Courier Post. If you require your package to be signed for, or have specific delivery instructions, please let us know in the comments at checkout, otherwise all parcels are sent with Authority to Leave.
North Island = 1-2 working days;
South Island = 2-3 working days
Rural - please expect up to 1-2 days extra

Australia: 
Orders are couriered and tracked. You have two options:
Economy Tracked is via NZ Post/Australia Post and takes 6
-12 working days (in busy times i.e Christmas these can take longer)
DHL Express Courier is via DHL and takes 1-5 days to Metro areas (other areas please allow a few more days)

The aim is 3-10 working days but during busy times can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. A customs declaration of the contents and value of the parcel is necessary on all international packages. The customer (you) is responsible for any customs charges incurred in the country of arrival and we are not able to refund for packages returned due to unpaid customs fees.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address.

It is not be possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.

The shipping charge is weight based and depends on your delivery address.

Delivery USA

Orders are couriered and tracked from within USA via FedEx. If you require your package to be signed for, or have specific delivery instructions, please let us know in the comments at checkout, otherwise all parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. Delivery takes 3-10 days.

Delivery Rest of World

Orders are un-tracked, unless requested, and posted from New Zealand via NZ Post International.
6-21 working days (in busy times these can take longer)

These are made available for download as soon as your payment has cleared and your order is complete. Download links are available in the Completed Order email or from your account on our website (if created during checkout period – not applicable to guest checkouts).

Items are posted from Auckland, New Zealand, except where possible USA orders are shipped from our USA based 3PL.

FREE SHIPPING to New Zealand addresses for all orders over $70 (NZD).
Within Local NZ = $8.50
NZ Rural = $12.00 (please choose this option if you are a rural address)
Australia = starting at $16

For orders to Australia tracked starts from $16. Unfortunately due to the increase in freight costs between NZ and Australia we are unable to offer free shipping to our Australian customers, but we do subsidise these costs where we can.

WHOLESALE:

FREE SHIPPING to New Zealand address for all wholesale orders over $500 (NZD). Unfortunately due to the increase in freight costs between NZ and Australia we are unable to offer free shipping to our Australian wholesalers.

Standard weight based rates apply. All NZ orders are tracked.
